The apartments, together with the courtyard, walkways and carparking, are secure at all times. Access is by way of proximity card/key. Your guests will contact you from the main entry through an audio/visual monitor within your apartment. You then have the ability to allow your guests access (from your apartment) by unlocking the main entry. The carpark is opened by a remote control, which will fit on your key ring.
